Later, Naira finds out that her Sister has conceived a baby. She is sad and is blaming herself for it. Kartik tries to solace her and he asks her not to get scared. He reminds her that he has always been there for her and that nothing will transfer this time.

He tries to make her sympathise that it was not his fault. He says that it would not have been possible for him to get her out of the hospital without the clot and she is his wife. Naira doesn’t believe him. She gets mad at him and throws a snow ball at him. Naira squeals and laughs as she hits him. She then goes back to her room with Luv and Kush.
In the meanwhile, Naira visits another infirmary where she begs a pair off for the injection for her son’s surgical operation. She even cries to the couple as they feel sorry for her. Kartik hears her and he gets emotional as well.
He thinks that Naira is being a dissimulator. He tries to convert her that she can also go through the test. She is not convinced as she thinks that it will be a big risk to her life. He asks her to come with him and he will lift her up for the test.
She is not but Kartik tells her that she has to go through the test. Naira is not sure if she will be able to survive that test as she feels she will be suffocated in the machine. Kartik tries to calm her down and he holds her hand.
